Conti Banana and Pecan Muffins

2.00kgCARTE D'OR Continental Cake Mix 12,5kg 
12.00pcEggs (class extra) beaten (600ml)
500.00mlWater
6.00pcBananas , mashed
200.00gPecan nuts , finely chopped

Preparation

1. Place continental cake mix into a food mixer and mix with flat paddle beater for 1 minute.
2. Add egss and mix for 2 minutes, stop scrape down sides.
3. Add water and mix for further 6 minutes.
4. Fold the mashed bananas into the mixture.
5. Spoon into greased lined muffin trays.
6. Bake in oven at 180 deg cel for 12 minutes.
7. Allow to cool and dust with icing sugar.
8. Arrange in a basket.
