Choc Chip Cookies

| 125.00 | g | MARVELLO Full Fat Margerine |
| 5.00 | ml | Vanilla extract / essence |
| 15.00 | ml | Milk, fresh |
| 1.00 | pc | Eggs, large (class A) |
| 175.00 | g | Flour, white , sifted |
| 5.00 | ml | Baking powder |
| 275.00 | g | Milk Chocolate , cut in pieces |
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 180 C.
2. Grease and line baking tray.
3. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Place the milk, egg and vanilla in a bowl and mix lightly.
4. Add to the creamed butter and sugar and combine lightly.
5. Sieve the flour and baking powder together. Add to the butter mixture and mix until just combined. Stir in the chocolate nibs.
6. Drop heaped teaspoon onto the baking tray, leaving a 3cm space between each biscuit.
7. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Transfer to a wire rack to cool down.
