10.00mlROBERTSONS Lemon & Herb Seasoning 6 x 800g

200.00gMEADOWLAND Sour 10 x 500ml

Preparation

1. Sauté the finely chopped onions, garlic, celery, fennel and pepper in MARVELLO for 2 minutes.
2. Add the white wine and allow to reduce fro 5 minutes.
3. Add cooked mussels, KNORR Tomato Pronto, diluted stock, KNORR Lemon and Herb Seasoning, sugar and chilli and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
4 Add the black pepper and MEADOWLAND Sour and simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Serve with KNORR Tagliatelle or crusty bread and top with parmesan cheese.
