Honey Soy Chicken and Sweet Peppered Noodles

| 25.00 | g | MARVELLO Full Fat Margerine |
| 1 red pepper roughly chopped | ||
| 1 green pepper roughly chopped | ||
| 800.00 | ml | KNORR Honey & Soy Sauce 6x2L |
| 10ml Garlic, freshly chopped | ||
| 500g Chicken Breasts cut into cubes | ||
| 30.00 | g | Coriander, fresh (Cilantro) |
| 20.00 | ml | Robertsons Exotic Thai Seasoning |
Preparation
1. Blanch the Chinese noodles in boiling water as recommended on the packaging. Once cooked set aside.
2. Melt the Marvello in a pan and fry onions, red pepper, green peppers, garlic and Exotic Thai seasoning for 5 minutes.
3. Add the chicken pieces and mix together and fry for 5 to 8 minutes.
4. Add the Knorr Honey Soya Sauce and allow to cook through for 2 minutes.
5. Add the cooked Chinese noodles and mix through, remove from the heat and garnish with freshly chopped coriander.
6. Pour into an insert and serve to customers.
