Cheesy Tomato and Basil Mussels

1.00gGarlic flakes
410.00gKNORR Tomato Pronto 6 x 2kg 
15.00gBasil, fresh
  Robertsons Atlantic Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste
60.00gCheese, Gruyere

Preparation

1. Scrub the mussels and remoe the beards.
2. Heatthe wine in a large pot, add mussels and cook covered on high for 5 minutes or until open.
3. Drain and discard liquid, and place each mussel in half a shell on the oven tray.
4. Heat the marvello in saucpan, add onion and garlic flakes, cook stirring until onion is soft.
5. Stir in the Knorr tomato pronto, boil and then simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
6. Season and stir in chopped basil.
7. Spoon mixture over mussels,, sprinkle with cheese and grill.
