Creamy Basil Fish Pie

Preparation
1. Heat the oil in a pot, sauté the onions until soft. Add in the basil chicken pan powder and milk, then the flaked hake fillet. Place in a mini casserole dish.
2. Boil the water in a pot with the salt, add the milk then stir in the mash flakes. Leave to rest and stir again after 2 minutes. Pipe the mash onto the fish mixture, and bake at 180ºC for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
