Creamy Basil Fish Pie

400.00gHake fillet, poached and skinned
100.00gKNORR Mash Flakes 1 x 2kg

4.00gROBERTSONS Atlantic Sea Salt 6 x 1kg 
200.00mlMilk, cold

Preparation

1. Heat the oil in a pot, sauté the onions until soft. Add in the basil chicken pan powder and milk, then the flaked hake fillet. Place in a mini casserole dish.

2. Boil the water in a pot with the salt, add the milk then stir in the mash flakes. Leave to rest and stir again after 2 minutes. Pipe the mash onto the fish mixture, and bake at 180ºC for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
