30.00mlKNORR Chicken Bouillon Granules 6 x 1kg

40.00gROBERTSONS Fish Spice 6 x 1kg 
5.00mlROBERTSONS Turmeric 6 x 800 g 
250.00mlKNORR Tomato Pronto 6 x 2kg

1.00kgRice, white
1,500.00mlWater
  Seafood Mix x 1kg

Preparation

1. Heat the Olive oil in a pan and add the onions, Garlic and parsley and sauté for 1 minute. (Do not brown onions mix)
2. Add the Saffron, chicken bouillon granules, water or wine, red and green peppers and allow too simmer for 1 minute.
3. Add the Robertson’s fish spice, Robertson’s Turmeric, sugar and Knorr tomato Pronto and stir through.
4. Add the rice and the rest of the water and bring to the boil and allow too simmer on a low heat with the lid on for 10 minutes.
5. Add the seafood mix and allow too simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally with the lid on.
6. Allow to simmer for a further 10 minute stirring occasionally.
7. If the rice is to dry adjust by adding more water.
8. Served garnished with fresh sprigs of coriander.
