Preparation

1. Melt the marvello, add the onions, carrots, celery and bacon.
2. Add the mince and saute until brown.
3. Add the water and bolognaise mix and bring to the boil. Simmer, cover for 45 minutes.
4. Make a slurry with thepowder and some cold milk.
5. Bring the remaining milk to the boil, add paste and whisk until thick.
6. Layer the sauce, mince and pasta, end with sauce and topping with cheese.
7. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
