1.00gKNORR Beef Stock Granules 6 x 1kg 
30.00gKnorr Classic Brown Sauce with Roux 
125.00gMRS BALLS Regular Hot Chutney 3 x 8 x 470g 
40.00gCoriander, fresh (Cilantro)
  Robertsons Atlantic Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Preparation

1. Heat the oil and brown the meat, remove.
2. Saute the chopped onions, chopped celery, chopped chilli, curry powder, ginger and garlic flakes in the oil. Add the tomatoes.
3. Return the meat to the pot.
4. Add the hot water, stock granules, basic brown, chutney, tomatoesand tomato paste. Allow to simmer for 50 minutes.
5. Add the potatoes and carrots and allow to simmer until the vegetables are cooked.
6. Add the coriander. Adjust the seasoning and serve.
