1.00gKnorr Classic Brown Sauce with Roux

200.00gMEADOWLAND Sour 10 x 500ml
  Robertsons Atlantic Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Preparation

1. Cut the beef into long thick strips.
2. Cover the beef with the flour and seal in the hot oil on all sides.
3. Flambe the meat with the brandy and remove.
4. Saute the onion and garlic flakes until soft.
5. Add the lemon juice, wine, tomato paste, basic brown sauce and reduce the liquid by half.
6. Add the paprika and sour creme, return to the pan and allow to simmer for5 minutes.
7. Fry the mushrooms in the Marvello and add to the meat mixture. Stir, correct seasoning and serve.
