Preparation
1. Fry the finely chopped onions in iol until tender.
2. Add the mince and fry until crumbly.
3. Soakthe bread in the milk, then squeeze the milk out and mash the bread.
4. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, expect 250 ml of the milk, 2 eggs and the bay leaves.
5. Spoon the mixture into a greased casserole dish, and stand the bayleaves in the mixture randomly.
6. Bake for 1 hour.
7. Beat the remaining eggs ad milk and pour overthe meat.
8. Cook for a further 30 minutes or until egg custard is set.
