Preparation

1. Melt the MARVELLO, add the chopped onion, grated carrots, chopped celery and bacon and sauté until tender.
2. Add the mince and sauté until brown.
3. Add the wine and rapidly boil until most of the liquid has evaporated.
4. Stir in the KNORR Tomato Pronto, water, salt, pepper and nutmeg and simmer, covered, over a low heat for 45 minutes.

Serve poured over KNORR Spaghetti and sprinkled with grated cheese.
