30.00mlOil, Sunflower
300.00gOnion, sliced
100.00gCelery, stalks

3.00gKNORR Beef Stock Granules 6 x 1kg 
15.00gKnorr Classic Brown Sauce with Roux 
55.00gROBERTSONS Thyme 6 x 250g 
1.00gROBERTSONS Parsley 6 x 150g 
1.00gROBERTSONS Bayleaves 6 x 100g

Preparation

1. Season the cubes of meat and toss in the flour.
2. Heat the oil in a casserole and brown the cubes on all sides. remove.
3. Add the thinly sliced onions, celery, leeks and sweat over a low heat fro 15 minutes, until deep brown.
4. Return the meat ot the casserole, add the beer, thym, parsely, bay leaves,beef stock, basicbrown.
5. Bring to the boiland simmer over a low haet for 1 huor 30 minutes to 2 hours until the meat is very tender.
6. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
