Cottage Pie

Preparation
1. Grease a 2 and a half liter casserole dish and set the oven at 180`c.
2. Fry the finely chopped onions in oil.
3. Add the mince and fry till crumbly.
4. Add the seasoning and flour and stir over heat for 2 minutes.
5. Stir in the stock and tomato paste and allow to simmer for 45 minutes, covered, stirring occassionally.
6. Add the carrot, peas and herbs. Mix well.
7. Place in casserole dish.
8. Mash the boiled potatoes with Marvello and milk till smooth.
9. Spread half over the surface of the mince and pipe on the rest.
10. Sprinkle with paprika and bake fro 25 minutes.
