  Robertsons Atlantic Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Preparation

1. Heat the oil, brown the meat and remove. Add the onion, carrot, celery and saute until soft.
2. Return the meat to the pan, add thepaprika, bay leave,parsley and thyme. Let the beef simmer in its own juices for 1 hour.
3. Add the stock, basic brown sauce, tomato paste and potatoes. Cover and simmer until potatoes are done and meat is tender.
Serve hot with dollops of sour cream.
