2.00kgBeef, minced
3.00gMustard, English (Coleman's)
  Robertsons Atlantic Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste
4.00pcEggs, large (class A)
5.00gROBERTSONS Parsley 6 x 150g 

Preparation

1. Soak bread in water for a few minutes, then drain.
2. Mix mince and bread together to form a paste.
3. Add the mustard powder, parsley, salt and pepper to tasteand stir in the egg to bind.
4. With floured hands, shape into meatballs or patties and fry in a pan in oil until done.
5. For meatloaf, divide the mixture between 2 greased loaf tins and bake at 180`c for an hour or until done.
