Barbequed Spare Ribs

3.50kgPork spare ribs, frozen
400.00mlKNORR Red Meat Marinade 6 x 2L 
40.00gHoney
40.00gChives

Preparation

1. Trim the ribs and cut into 8 equal portions.
2. Place in the marinade and into the fridge for 1 hour.
3. Remove from the marinade and place bone side down over hot coals or bone side up under the grill.
4. Take the remaining marinade and add 30ml honey and freshly chopped chives.
5. Mix well and baste theribs every 10 minutes using the basting brush.
6. Turn the ribs, baste and grill for 15 minutes.
7. Repaet process until ribs are cooked.
