Caramelised Pork Fillet with Sweet Potato and Fresh Coriander

| 400.00 | ml | KNORR Teriyaki Marinade 6 x 1 kg (made up) |
| 20.00 | ml | Garlic and ginger |
| 8.00 | pc | Potatoes, sweet |
| 30.00 | g | Butter, cooking |
| Coriander, fresh (Cilantro) |
Preparation
1. Marinate whole pork fillet in Teriyaki Marinade for 15 minutes.
2. Melt butter and add the garlic and ginger.
3. Place washed sweet potatoes into a pre-heated oven for 35 minutes, or until potatoes are soft.
4. Place pork fillets onto a heated grill and grill until meat is cooked as desired.
Serve with baked sweet potato filled with flavoured butter.
