Caramelised Pork Fillet with Sweet Potato and Fresh Coriander

400.00mlKNORR Teriyaki Marinade 6 x 1 kg (made up) 
20.00mlGarlic and ginger
8.00pcPotatoes, sweet
30.00gButter, cooking
  Coriander, fresh (Cilantro)

Preparation

1. Marinate whole pork fillet in Teriyaki Marinade for 15 minutes.
2. Melt butter and add the garlic and ginger.
3. Place washed sweet potatoes into a pre-heated oven for 35 minutes, or until potatoes are soft.
4. Place pork fillets onto a heated grill and grill until meat is cooked as desired.

Serve with baked sweet potato filled with flavoured butter.
