Sweet and Sour Gammon Glaze

| 100.00 | ml | CARTE D’OR Mango Apricot Sauce |
| 1.5kg Deboned Gammon cooked |
Preparation
1. Mix together well all the ingredients.
2. Glaze the Gammon with the mixture and grill, basting continously until coated.
3. Use the remainder of the sauce as a pour over sauce.
4. Serving suggestion : Serve with Roasted Potato Wedges lightly seasoned with Robertsons Chip and Potato Seasoning or Knorr Mash Flakes.
