400.00mlKNORR Sweet 'n Sour Sauce Sauce 6 x 2L 
100.00mlCARTE D’OR Mango Apricot Sauce
  1.5kg Deboned Gammon cooked

Preparation

1. Mix together well all the ingredients.
2. Glaze the Gammon with the mixture and grill, basting continously until coated.
3. Use the remainder of the sauce as a pour over sauce.
4. Serving suggestion : Serve with Roasted Potato Wedges lightly seasoned with Robertsons Chip and Potato Seasoning or Knorr Mash Flakes.
