Braised brisket with onions and mash potato

7.00gROBERTSONS Steak & Chops Spice 6 x 1kg 
3.00gROBERTSONS Garlic & Herb Seasoning 6 x 800g 
10.00gKNORR Beef Bouillon Granules 6 x 1kg 
500.00mlWater
3.00pcOnions
15.00gKNORR Brown Roux 1 x 20kg

Preparation

1Season the brisket with Steak and Chop seasoning
And Garlic and herb.
2In a hot pan, seal the brisket
3Transfer to a rasting tray
4Bring water to boil, add bouillon granules and stir thoroughly
5Place the sliced onion over the brisket, then pour bouillon over meat.
6Cover with tin foil and cook in medium over till tender
7Strain the juices and thicken with Knorr brown roux
Serve braised brisket on mashed potato, then the onions followed by the gravy
