Chorizo, Roasted Pepper & Potato One Pot

Preparation
1.Put the potato halves in a pot covered with water. Bring to the boil and cook rapidly for 10 to 15 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked. Drain the water off the potatoes and set aside.
2.Melt the marvello in a frying pan and add the Chorizo sausage and peppers and fry for 5 minutes or until slightly brown in color.
3.Add the Knorr tomato pronto. Sweet chilli sauce and Knorr green pepper seasoning and allow too simmer for 5 to 8 minutes.
4.Add the cooked potato halves too the sausage mixture and mix through and add the torn basil leaves.
5.Pour into a serving dish and serve warm with a dollop of Greek yoghurt.
