5.00mlKNORR Beef Bouillon Granules 6 x 1kg 
15.00mlKNORR Lemon Juice 6 x 2L
  KNORR Brown Roux 6 x 750g

Preparation

1. Fry the meat in the oil and the butter, add the onions and sauté. Add the cloves and the rest of the spices. Heat the sugar, lemon juice, and apple cider and bouillon granules and add the meat.
2. Cover with foil and reduce heat. Simmer gently for 1 ½ -2 hours, or until the meat is very tender.
3. Add the apricots and prunes and simmer for another 30 minutes.
4. Sprinkle with brown roux and allow thickening.
5. Serve with roasted garlic mashed potatoes or Rice pilaf
6. Dish can also be transferred to the oven and allow to cook slowly for approx the same time. Pre heat oven to 160C
