Preparation
1.Heat the oil in a pot and add the onions and fry for 2 minutes and then add the Stewing lamb mix and the fine foods BBQ spice and allow the meat to brown for about 10 minutes.
2.Add 500ml of the boiling water and allow too cook on a medium heat for about 30 minutes lid on the pot stirring occasionally to prevent the meat from sticking and burning.
3.Add another 500 ml of the boiling water and allow to cook for a further 30 minutes or until the meat starts to soften.
4.Add the carrots and potatoes and knorr beef stock granules and allow to cook for another 30 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.
5.Remove from the heat and serve with Samp and beans or pap.
