150.00gBread crumbs
80.00gCheese, Parmesan grated
2.00pcEggs, large (class A)
60.00mlMilk, fresh
120.00mlOil, Sunflower
40.00gROBERTSONS Seasoning Rub 4 X 700g

Preparation

1. Flatten the chicke, pork or beef between
2 sheets of plastic wrap with a rolling pin
or mullet.
2. Combine the Robertsons all purpose
rub, breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese
in a bowl.
3. In a separated bowl, combine the eggs
and milk.
4. Dip the pieces of meat in flour, then
egg wash, and then the crumb
mixture, and press down well.
5. Leave in the refridgerator for 30 minutes
to set.
6. Heat the oil in a pan oer medium heat
and cook the chicken breasts for
10-15 minutes turning.
