Preparation

1. In a large heavy-based pa, saute the chicken strips in oil and remove from pan and set aside.
2. Saute the sliced leeks, celery, mushrooms and peppers in oil until just soft.
3. Sprinkle with flour and pour in the Meadowland classique, stock, herbs and wine and allow to simmer for anothe 10 minutes.
4. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
