  Robertsons Atlantic Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Preparation

1. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper and brown in Marvello and oil on each side, set aside.
2. Saute thecarrots, onions and celery and add the chicken pieces, chicken stock, thyme and mixed hrebs and allow to cook gently with lid on for 30 minutes or once chicken pieces are cooked through.
3. Remove the chicken pieces and keep warm.
4. Mix together the Meadowland and maizena and add to the remainder of the liquid in the saucepan and allow to thicken.
5. Correct seasoning.
6. Pour the sauce of the chicken pieces and sprinkle with parsley.
