Preparation
1. Cut the Skinless, boneless thighs into cubes.
2. Wash the cherry tomatoes and slice the lemon into wedges-8 per lemon
3. Soak 16 kebab sticks in cold water.
4. Wash the fresh bay leaves.
5. Thread the kebabas, starting with a lemon wedge and interspersing the chicken with tomatoes and 2 bay leaves.
6. Place in marinade in the fridge for 1 hour.
7. Grill or braai the kebabas, basting with the marinade.
