Chicken Chasseur

| 250.00 | ml | KNORR Demi-Glace 3 x 800g (made up) |
| 20.00 | ml | Olive oil |
| 50.00 | g | Mushrooms (sliced) |
| 5.00 | ml | Tarragon, fresh |
| 15.00 | ml | Tomato concasse |
| 5.00 | ml | Vinegar, red wine |
| 10.00 | ml | Parsley, fresh (chopped) |
| 120.00 | g | Potatoes (mashed) |
| 100.00 | g | Mixed seasonal vegetables (grilled) |
Preparation
1. Seal chicken breast in oil.
2. Place in oven and cook at 200°C for 6 minutes.
3. Make up 250ml KNORR Demi Glace, add red wine vinegar, add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Finish sauce with tarragon, tomato and parsley.
5. Serve with mashed potato and seasonal vegatables.
