Roasted Garlic and Lemon Chicken

800.00gChicken pieces (skin on eg Thighs, drumsticks or chicken breasts on the bone)
20.00gKnorr Roasted Onion & Garlic
500.00gPotatoes medium size, skin on cut into cubes
2.00gRosemary, fresh sprigs
8.00pcGarlic, cloves whole, skin on smashed
2.00pcLemon whole cut in half
90.00mlOlive oil

Preparation

1.Preheat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
2.Place all the ingredients in a casserole dish and mix together well. Squeeze the juice of the lemons all over the ingredients.
3.Arrange all the ingredients evenly in the casserole dish and place in the preheated oven and roast for 40 minutes.
4.Remove from the oven and serve.
