Preparation
1.Chop/mince the chicken breast and add finely chopped coriander, chilli, garlic, exotic Thai seasoning and adjust the seasoning if needed and mix together well.
2.Melt ½ the marvello in a pan and form the chicken mix into 120g patties and sear off in a hot pan for 1-2 minutes a side and finish off in the oven for 5to 10 minutes at 180°C.
3.Sauce Method: Melt the other ½ of the marvello and sauté onions and peppers, once cooked add the Knorr sweet and sour sauce and heat through for 5 minutes.
