Honey and mustard chicken bake

| 5.00 | ml | Garlic, crushed |
| 2.00 | ml | ROBERTSONS Thyme 6 x 250g |
| 250.00 | ml | KNORR Honey and Mustard Salad Dressing 6 x 1L |
| 125.00 | ml | CARTE D’OR Mango Apricot Sauce |
| 150.00 | ml | MEADOWLAND Classique 10 x 1L |
Preparation
1.Place raw onion wedges into a greased casserole dish
2. Add crushed garlic and sprinkle over thyme
3.Place chicken on top of onions
4.Mix honey & Dijon mustard marinade, meadowland classique and mango apricot sauce together in a bowl
5.Pour sauce over chicken pieces and bake in oven, 180 C for about 1 ½ hours, basting occasionally
6.Taste sauce for seasoning
7.Serve with creamy mash potato, or a starch of your choice
