Honey and mustard chicken bake

5.00mlGarlic, crushed
2.00mlROBERTSONS Thyme 6 x 250g 
250.00mlKNORR Honey and Mustard Salad Dressing 6 x 1L 
125.00mlCARTE D’OR Mango Apricot Sauce
150.00mlMEADOWLAND Classique 10 x 1L 

Preparation

1.Place raw onion wedges into a greased casserole dish
2. Add crushed garlic and sprinkle over thyme
3.Place chicken on top of onions
4.Mix honey & Dijon mustard marinade, meadowland classique and mango apricot sauce together in a bowl
5.Pour sauce over chicken pieces and bake in oven, 180 C for about 1 ½ hours, basting occasionally
6.Taste sauce for seasoning
7.Serve with creamy mash potato, or a starch of your choice
