Grilled Chicken and Vegetable Quesadilla

250.00gButton mushrooms, sliced
25.00mlRobertsons Veggie Seasoning 
15.00gROBERTSONS Chicken Spice 6 x 1kg 
250.00gChicken, breast cut into strips
250.00gStreaky bacon grilled and chopped (optional)
300.00mlKNORR Tomato Pronto 6 x 2kg 
  Tortilla Flat Bread 2 no
  Guacamole 125ml
125.00mlCream, sour (15%)

Preparation

1. In a pan sauté onions, peppers and mushrooms in oil for 10 minutes.
2. Season with Robertson’s Veggie Seasoning, empty onto a bowl and set aside.
3. Season chicken with Robertson’s Chicken Spice and sauté in the pan till browned, empty out onto a bowl and set aside.
4.In the pan pour Knorr Tomato Pronto and simmer to thicken.
4. Assemble Tortilla and smear tomato pronto, add grated cheese, vege, chicken strips and bacon top
with tortilla flat bread and toast till golden brown.
5. Garnish with Guacamole, salsa and sour cream.
