Chicken Pronto

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Saute onions and garlic in 10 ml olive oil until soft and transluscent.
2. Add Knorr tomato Pronto and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Take off the heat.
3. Add the mascarpone cheese and a handful of basil leaves.
4. Fry chicken in 10 ml olive oil until golden brown in colour. place chicken in a baking dish and pour over the tomato sauce. Cook in oven for 20-25 min.
5. Serve with pasta or Knorr mash flakes
6. Top with remaining basil leaves
