60.00kgCelery, stalks
5.00gGarlic flakes
350.00gOnions, pearl
900.00gKNORR Tomato Pronto 6 x 2kg 
  Robertsons Atlantic Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Preparation

1. Drain the cans and reserve 180ml of the liquid.
2.Heat the crispa in a large frying pan, add the celery, onions and garlic flakes and saute for 5 minutes or until the onions are golden.
3. Add the Knorr tomato pronto, seasoning and reserved bean liquid and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Add the beans and boil, stirring for 4 minutes or until the beans are hot.
5 Stir in the rocket and allow to wilt slightly before serving.
