Ingredients (2 portions)

  200g Paneer, cubed
15.00mlROBERTSONS Thyme 6 x 250g dried thyme 
20.00mlOlive oil
  Korma sauce-250ml
250.00mlKNORR Tomato Pronto 6 x 2kg 
10.00mlGarlic, crushed
  1 Onion
10.00mlCoriander, fresh (Cilantro) chopped

Preparation

1.Season paneer with thyme and lightly fry in oil, remove and set aside
2.Saute onions, garlic.
3. Add korma sauce, tomato pronto, cook for 2 minutes. Add paneer and cook for further 2 minutes.
4.Add chopped coriander and serve
5.Serve with roti, basmati rice or pita or pilaf rice
