Vegetable Frittata

Preparation
1. whisk eggs, 1/2 cheddar cheese, meadowland cream, chicken a la king mix together . set aside
2. saute onions,peppers and wilt baby spinach in a frying pan .add potatoes and heat through
3. pour in egg mixture into pan and cook on low heat
4. onc egg has set, sprinkle over remaining cheese
5. place under grill to melt cheese
chef's tip: Add other ingredients {bacon, mushrooms,etc}to suit you
