Frozen Berry Cheesecake in Cake Mould

3.00pcEggs, large (class A)
125.00mlWater
100.00mlCARTE D'OR Strawberry Sauce 6 x 2L 
500.00gCARTE D'OR Cheesecake 6 x 1kg 
600.00mlWater

Preparation

1. Make up continental mix as pre instructions on box.
2. Line a greased bowl with slices of the continental cake and drizzle with strawberry sauce.
3. Make up the cheese cake as per instructions on packaging with out the biscuit base.
4. Add a tin of mixed berries and the cassis liquer.
5. Put cheesecake mix into the cake mould and freeze.
6. Turn out onto a pale and decorate with fresh berries.
