Lime and Ginger Creme Brulee

1.20lMEADOWLAND Classique 10 x 1L 
90.00gLime
3.00gROBERTSONS Ginger 6 x 700g 
4.00gGinger, Grated

Preparation

1. Bring to the boil the zest from the limes, ground ginger, whole ginger and 600ml of Meadowland Classique.
2. Mix together the remaining cream and creme brulee powder and add to the boiled cream.
3. Simmer fro 4 minutes until mixture starts to thicken slightly. Remove the whole ginger.
4. Pour into ramekins and allow to set for 1- 2 hours in the refrigerator.
