Saffron, Orange and Star Anise Creme Brulee

1.20lMEADOWLAND Classique 10 x 1L 
2.00gSaffron
1.00pcOranges

Preparation

1. Bring 600ml of Classique creme, star anise, saffron and orange zest from the orange to the boil.
2. Mix together the creme brulee powder and the remaining 600ml of cream.
3. Add the powder mix to the boiling water and allow too thicken and lightly simmer for 2-4 minutes.
4. Pour the mixyure into ramekins and allow to set in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
