Preparation
1. Add milk to Brownie mix. Using paddle beater, mix for 1 minute at low speed. Mix for 2 minutes at high speed.
2. Pour mixture into baking tray and bake @ 180° C for 35 minutes.
Pour the meadowland classique and water into a mixing bowl add the Tiramisu powder and mix on a medium speed using a electric beater until thick and creamy. Add cherries & chocolate chips.
3. Slice brownie slab in half horizontally. Place onto a strip of foil. Spoon tiramisu mix into the centre. Fold into a triangle using the foil for support.
4. Place into the fridge for at lease 2 hours. Remove from fridge and slice . Serve whole as a loaf or single triangles.
