| 1,250.00 | ml | MEADOWLAND Classique 10 x 1L |
| 3.00 | pc | Lavendar buds |
| 150.00 | g | Sugar |
Preparation
1 Make up crème brule as per box instructions. While the cream is boiling, add the lavender buds
2 Strain the mixture and pour into a large serving dish
3 Refrigerate until set
4 Pour a thick layer of sugar onto the brulee and blow torch until required colour
