750.00mlMilk, fresh
1,250.00mlMEADOWLAND Classique 10 x 1L 
3.00pcLavendar buds
150.00gSugar

Preparation

1 Make up crème brule as per box instructions. While the cream is boiling, add the lavender buds

2 Strain the mixture and pour into a large serving dish

3 Refrigerate until set

4 Pour a thick layer of sugar onto the brulee and blow torch until required colour
