1.00PackPeppermint crisp chocolate - 1 small slab
720.00gcaramel treat - 2 tins
300.00gTennis biscuits - 1 1/2 pkts

Preparation

1. Mix the Peppermint Chocolate into the Caramel treat, then fold in the whipped meadowland classique cream it the caramel mixture until well combined. Do not use all the grated peppermint Chocolate put some aside for decorating the top at the end.

2.Start to layer the bottom of the serving dish with biscuits then with the cream mixture, Make sure you finish off with cream mixture. Garnish with extra grated Peppermint chocolate.
