100.00gCARTE D'OR Greengage Jelly 2kg - made up 
250.00gCARTE D'OR Tiramisu 6 x 1kg - made up 
200.00gStrawberries - 4mm slices
250.00mlCARTE D'OR Strawberry Sauce 6 x 2L 
60.00mlberry liquor

Preparation

1. Place Nori Sheet onto Rolling mat. Place a hand full of rice onto Nori and spread till sheet is covered, leaving a 5mm edge on one side. Place Tiramisu into a squeeze bottle.

2. Place jelly strip in centre of rice, lay strawberries next to jelly. Squeeze tiramisu paste in a thin line over strawberries.

3. Roll sushi carefully and secure into a roll. Cut into 6 pieces. Nori will be on the outside.

4. Mix Strawberry sauce with liquor. Use as sushi dipping sauce.
