100.00gCARTE D'OR Greengage Jelly 2kg - made up, cut into strips 
250.00gCARTE D'OR Tiramisu 6 x 1kg - made up 
200.00gStrawberries - 4mm slices
200.00gKiwi - 2mm slices
250.00mlCARTE D'OR Chocolate Sauce 6 x 2L 
60.00mlKahlua
50.00gStrawberries - thinly sliced
50.00gKiwi - thinly sliced

Preparation

1. Place Nori Sheet onto Rolling mat. Place a hand full of rice onto Nori and spread till sheet is covered Turn nori over so that the rice is on the outside. Place Tiramisu into a squeeze bottle.

2. Place jelly strip in centre of rice, lay strawberries, then kiwi fruit next to jelly. Squeeze tiramisu paste in a thin line over strawberries.

3. Roll sushi carefully and secure into a roll. Lay thin slices of strawberry and kiwi alternatively ontop of sushi roll. Use rolling mat to press fruit onto roll. Cut into 6 pieces.

4. Mix Chocolate sauce with licquer. Use as sushi dipping sauce
