Chocolate Ancho Pie

| 50.00 | g | CARTE D'OR Chocolate Mousse 6 x 1kg powder |
| 700.00 | ml | Milk |
| 85.00 | g | MARVELLO Full Fat Margerine |
| 400 g chocolate wafer biscuit | ||
| 5.00 | g | Robertsons Smoky Brown Chilli |
Preparation
1.Place biscuits into a blender, blend till fine. Melt Margarine in microwave, stir into crushed biscuits.
2.Press biscuits into a flan or pie dish.
3.Place pudding mix, chocolate mousse powder and milk into a mixing bowl. Mix on medium speed till thick and creamy. Fold in chilli powder. Pour into pie dish. Leave to set for 20 minutes.
4.Top with grated chocolate.
