Caramel Mousse

| 200.00 | ml | MEADOWLAND Classique 10 x 1L |
| 100.00 | ml | CARTE D'OR Toffee Sauce 6 x 2L |
Preparation
1.Whip together the Carte d or Butterscotch instant Dessert powder with the Full cream milk for 5 to 8 minutes.
2.Whip the meadowland classique until soft peak stage.
3.fold the Whipped meadowland Classique and toffee sauce into the whipped butterscotch instant dessert mix.
4.pour the mixture into a serving dish and allow too set in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Garnishing tips: with quartered cherries or fresh mint and piped meadowland classique cream and drizzle with toffee sauce.
