250.00gMARVELLO Full Fat Spread 20 x 250g
4.00pcEggs (class extra) , beaten
1.00pcLemon pc juice & rind
420.00mlMEADOWLAND Classique 10 x 1L 
120.00mlWater
  Parfait
120.00gCarte d'Or Frozen Dessert Base

Preparation

1.Place granadilla sauce, sugar ,margarine, lemon juice and rind in a double boiler and melt together
2.Slowly whisk in eggs
3.Cook for few minutes, until coats back of a spoon.
4.Remove from stove and place in a bowl, cool in fridge
5.Make up parfait as per packaging instructions
6.Fold chilled sauce into parfait and place in container
