Granadilla Icy Parfait

| 120.00 | ml | Sugar |
| 250.00 | g | MARVELLO Full Fat Spread 20 x 250g |

Preparation
1.Place granadilla sauce, sugar ,margarine, lemon juice and rind in a double boiler and melt together
2.Slowly whisk in eggs
3.Cook for few minutes, until coats back of a spoon.
4.Remove from stove and place in a bowl, cool in fridge
5.Make up parfait as per packaging instructions
6.Fold chilled sauce into parfait and place in container
