Passion Fruit Yoghurt Fridge cake

| 85.00 | ml | Yoghurt, plain bulgarian |
| 50.00 | ml | Carte D'Or Passion Fruit Sauce 6 x 2L |
| 400.00 | ml | MEADOWLAND Classique 10 x 1L |
Preparation
1.Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix as per method on pack.
2. In PVC moulds put 2 teaspoon biscuit crust (made as per pack recipe) press down firmly and refrigerate to set
3.Once base has set pipe mix into moulds and smooth top with spatula ensuring no air pockets.
4. Refrigerate for at least 3 - 4 hours to allow fridge cake to set.
5. Remove from mould and serve as desired.
