White Chocolate Mousse and Strawberry Slice

| Pre-prepared continental cake bases infused with orange zest 1 each | ||
| Sugar Syrup | ||
| Strawberries, sliced 100g |
Preparation
1. Prepare as per instruction on container. (Add kirshwasser to the milk)
2. Slice the bases into 1 cm thick bases and brush with the flavored sugar syrup.
3. Prepare simple syrup using equal quantities of sugar and water. Dissolve the sugar, allow to cool and flavour with kirshwasser
4. Layer the cake.
Place a soaked cake sponge at the bottom and spread. Pipe and even layer of chocolate mousse. Spread evenly. Layer wit the sliced strawberries. Place another cake layer on top and weigh down. Pipe the remainder of the mousse in decorative lines and place in freezer.
Remove once frozen and cut into 3x4 cm slices using a knife with a hot blade.
Decorate with fresh cut strawberries
