Brandy Pudding

Preparation
1. In a mixer beat the Crate D Or Multi Purpose Hot Pudding Mix Powder for one minute.
2.Add the milk and the vinegar to the Carte D Od Multi Purpose Hot Pudding Mix Powder, and beat for 1 minute on low speed and 3 minutes on high speed using a paddle beater attachment.
3. Pour the mixture into a greased Pyrex or single insert and bake in a preheated oven at 170 deg for 40 to 50 minutes or until the mixture has baked completely. Once baked remove from the oven nad allow to cool slightly.
4. Brandy Sauce: Add all the sauce ingredients together bring to the boil and pour over the baked cake mix.
Serving Suggestion:
Served with whipped Meadowland Delight or Crate D Or Custard garnisged with a sprig of mint and a swirl of extra Brandy Sauce. Perfect to serve on a buffet or as a plated dessert for Christmas.
